    Plenty of snow on the M62 moors – very hazardous driving as there was some settling on the road.

    The gritter is back in action plodding back and forth……. Until it runs out of salt that is!

        On the plus side the will always try to keep the M62 open and let the Trans-Pennine "A" roads such as the Woodhead & Snake passes close.

          It's still sunny in sunny west London.

          Supposed to start snowing later on though - hopefully there will be a nice dusting as I'm leaving the pub...

              I was going to drive down to Brighton today (from Wales) to go to a Christmas bash. I cancelled because the Met office forecast Blizzards and total disruption of life as we know it!
