I had a friend, spent a long time looking for au Pair. She could not find one ugly enough.

Re-hire after every affair, and give a few hundred hush money on exit. By paying under the legal minimum and using an illegal the money you save will ensure a decent enough hush fund.

Last time we were looking I made a fatal FU.

One of the applicants was a kiwi girl, who'd done some modelling. She sent her CV through, with a photo and she was absolutely stunning. I made the mistake of telling the missus I'd showed her picture to a few of the boys at work, who all said hire her.

Needless to say she was first in the bin.
