Maxine Carr was found not guilty of the charges.

The case had nothing to do with a CV though. It is differant than making a declation on a signed form. I have yet to find a case involving a CV.

Whether or not any particular individual has been found guilty in any particular case is irrelevant. If the judge had thrown the charge out on the grounds that lying on a CV wasn't a criminal offence, then it might have established a precedent; but that isn't what happened.

All fair. I didn't intent to comment on our marriage except in response to direct questions.

I just wanted to ask a question of people who work in this field, pretty reasonable I'd say. I found this site as mentioned earlier in the thread looking for 'menelaus' which is linked to Craig by google, where he talked of moving offices to where I work and live. I only looked because of the case in court at the time. As also mentioned Craig has said all kinds of things about me all over the internet while I have stayed schtum, but it's just the internet so who cares, eh?

Frankly he's your problem now, not mine. You might walk in to a job one day and find yourself sitting next to him. Enjoy!

By all means, let's discuss how it's possible to defraud clients for pecuniary advantage , the prevalence of this etc. But to constantly refer to someone personally and identifiably in this fashion, without them having the right to reply, with comments bordering on the defamatory and libellous... stinks IMHO.
