I thought everybody knew this? It's not as if Maxine Carr is the only person ever to be busted for it, although she was perhaps the most high-profile case in recent years.

Maxine Carr was found not guilty of the charges.

The case had nothing to do with a CV though. It is differant than making a declation on a signed form. I have yet to find a case involving a CV.

I actually am buying this. I think if I was the ex-wife and the (alleged) victim of stalking/abuse etc that she has been through then I think searching him out on the interweb is not beyond the realms of reasonableness.
