But usually I would have problem separated from incident management.
In fact I would have problem separated from anything.
I like my Problem Managers to have thick skins as they'll probably be arguing with Incident Managers and Change Managers (and most other people) at some point during the day/week/year...

Of course an experienced Service Management consultant would help and train them to get the most out of Service Management....
