Quick update. The interview was interesting to say the least. It was short which is never a good sign. He asked just a few questions. One was how come you have been on the bench so long. It has been just under 2 months especially in this economy. He said he had someone else to interview which I have just been told is code for you haven't got it. Not sure if that is true at all but hey.

Were there any technical questions that you coudn't answer?
Most of my face to face interviews have just been a formality - the client often knows that they want me purely based on my CV, so mine can very often be short 10 mintes "meet and greets" - this may be the same for you?The pope is a tard.Comment

Could you have put him off simply by your appearance? Is English your first language? Did you wash? etc
I reckon you've walked it, and he just wanted to make sure you were who you said you were. Keep your chin upThe pope is a tard.Comment

Am a Yorkshire lass so English is my first language. Although I try to tone down the accent as it does sound funny. My last Programme manager used to greet me by saying Eeeee by gum lass!
Washed and pressed. New white shirt with black suit. Hair pulled back in a very neat way. Light dab of perfume as not to be overpowering. I think I did my best and I can't do more than that.Comment

It was a "meet and greet" - not an interview. Mark my words!!!!

Racial abuse.
SallyAnne that just made me laugh so hard I think everyone on the Jubilee line thinks I am weird. I hope so as it looks like I could make something good out of the role plus he said it might be about 9 months of work.Comment
