          I've often taken a week or two off work and stayed at home. I never understood the compulsion to climb aboard a jet on the Friday evening, and return home the Sunday before going back to work. Far too stressful. I need a week either side of any travel just to recover properly.

                WHS. If I do go "On Holiday" for a week I take the week after off as well to recover.
