The close proximity of the letters 'G' and 'T' are the reason I'll never again send an important email and end it with "Regards" ....

Methinks Kent-"but shag just one sheep and they never let you forget"-Philip doth protest too much.

Did you know sheep can get Chlamydia? Unless it was a ram in which case you might have Epididymitis. Unless you picked up one of the many parasites.

Ask the quack tomorrow to check for Foot Rot in your knob. If they miss that, it might drop off.

That's right. Normally you use three dots to indicate a word cut short, regardless of the number of letters in the word.

          for example

He said "oh my goo..." but couldn't complete the word "goodness" because his friend hit him on the head with a giant marrow, knocking him out instantly.

<the context of this story is a fight between two friends at an allotment vegetable growing competition>

          So, where was I?

You can't catch an animal STD, for some reason it was a question that came up during sex education classes at school.

And I don't think it is right. Besides the STDs based upon parasites my ten minutes research online yesterday for this:

came up with a bunch of things that cheerfully pass between sheep and humans.

I don't fancy doing it again, though. The photographs of sheep aborting, malformed lambs, fungal infections and the like to be found on the relevant vetinary & farming web sites are not terribly pleasant.
