"Mr McKinnon is accused of serious crimes and the US has a lawful right to seek his extradition, as we do when we wish to prosecute people who break our laws."
Googling for it but can't find anything but when was the last time an American was extradited to the UK for a crime committed on US soil? The UK: 51st State of America

The US try to do this with other European countries yet they just tell then to flip off but I presume that because the UK has a 'special' relationship with the US it means that you can be buggered whenever they feel like it.

Continuing on this theme of the UK government being weak I've seen the numerous mentions of the e-petition site, has anything ever come out of it where the government has decided to take action? In Germany this week it happened as once 50,000 signatures have been taken then a judicial review has to be taken. For me that is pretty much democratic.

Didn't GCHQ or some such say they wanted hackers?

I don't know why he doesn't just hack into the Justice Departments' systems and delete all files pertaining to his extradition procedure.

Europe should declare war on the USA. Who would win?
