You'll be back in the rat race before you know it.

    Cheers!

    Curries is a good idea. I have an idea for a rainbow trout phall which may get some time. I will of course post the recipe and results!

    Good advice wobbegong. Kicking back as I am in my last week. :-)
    Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

        I was inspired by your recent phall, so the following evening when I fancied something "hot" rather than "warmish" so I concocted the following . . .

        1 large onion fried in a little sunflower oil
        2 chicken breasts cubed and added to the onions with 3 large T spoons full of Pataks Madras paste.

        Fry until onions are soft and sweet.

        Chop and add 3 large green finger chillies and a jar of ASDA chickpea and spinach sauce.

        Add a heaped T spoon full of Rajah brand very hot chilli powder.

        Add a handful of button mushrooms (Mrs. W cannot eat a curry without mushrooms, apparently).

        Simmer for 15 mins.

        Serve with wafer thin naan bread.

        The vegetarian option.

          That sequence sounds fine except (5) should follow (1).

          I'll make sure there's a warm patch for you. I'll even dry it first, if I remember.

          Be sure to:
          - hand out loads of business cards;
          - get as many LinkedIn connections as you possibly can before you go;
          - make it clear you would be really happy to return, work part time or work from home;
          - make it very clear you are very happy to take calls after you've left but only on "plumber's terms": minimum half day.

                It's nice you have a weekend in the middle of your last few days. Lots of good thinking, talking and planning time.
