Your seat is now the one on the end, not under the awning, with the splinters and the screw head sticking out. Ignore the silvery trails, unless you are happy to believe they are from snails.

Sorry to hear the news. At least you won't be lonely - plenty of companions here on the bench!!!
September's just around the corner (when things usually pick up) so hopefully you'll just have a nice one month pause.
