Therefore, we can conclude, that in Britain the ratio of deaths will be:

0 non-pregnant women :: 1 pregnant woman :: 2 fat men :: 0 fit men :: 1 girl :: 0 boys.

So, abort all pregnant women now and no women will die, all fat men should get immediate free liposuction but the little girls are gonners.
