        All over!!
        In this series:

Batting - Six Aussies averaged over 40 (8 hundreds), but only two English players did (2 hundreds, and one was Trott who only played one game).

Bowling - Three Aussies got 20 or more wickets, no English players did

Fielding - Aussies got more run-outs, England dropped more catches

So, save for the batting, bowling and fielding, England came out on top.

I wondered how long it would take for the excuses about being a better side to come out.

          Facts:
          England won the series
Aussies choked in a couple of first innnings.

          I'm a very happy chappy!!!!

              I'm English, not bloody Aussie.

They are obviously not excuses, and I'm not saying they were the better side.

I'm just pointing out ironic facts. If you are incapable of processing them then hard luck with the brain you were given.

I've been out for a couple of hours.

Can anyone tell me who won?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Perhaps the use of a irony smiley could have avoided this confusion. I can unreservedly apologise for the inference you were from "down under".

Incidentally, your insult is below par for this board. You school report would say "Must try harder".

Right - who's going to win the ODI series then?

Steve Hooker performed miracles for Australia and they've won, apparently.
