I find a lot of BMW drivers are agressive impatient winkers, but maybe that's just because BMs are so common. Like the woman in a 5 series this morning who was quite happy to pull out onto my side of the road in order to pass the parked lorry blocking her side - or the poverty spec 3 series that seems to be welded to my back bumper every time we're all being held up by slower traffic in front with no chance of overtaking. I have driven a 3 series and a 5 and I really don't see why all motoring journos rave about them - they are really nothing special

The only real idiot drivers I see round our way are taxi drivers (you call tell by the TfL sticker on the back) with knackered saloons & people carriers driving as if they are playing Mario Kart.

As soon as I see a people carrier with a TFL sticker I steer well clear! They drift about the London streets like barge boats.
I used to have BMW's, Audi's etc... Now I don't waste so much money on a badge. I drive a Skoda. Great car and they don't get stolen.
I've done flash cars too, but these days I stick with ordinary (Ford Mondeo in my case) as I don't care about brand "equity". I don't see the point in paying the higher purchase, tyre, service and insurance costs any more. My Mondeo is ideal for my needs, handles well, plenty of power to overtake, comfortable for driving large distances and returns loads of MPG.
Ford (mondeo - more exclusive than a 3 series) mainly but mrs psb has a vauxhall - my other cars are an AMC and a Chevrolet (an old one - not the rebadge Daewoo one)
