A friend of mine was done the morning after when he returned to collect his car from the pub. The police were lying in wait and got him as soon as he drove out of the car park.

Personally, while I don't condone drink driving, I thought the attitude of the poilce in this instance absolutely stunk. The guy had obviously done the rsposnsiblt thing the night before & I feel they could have been a little more proactive - i.e. by warning him or offering him a breath test before he got into his car.
