Try aspirin. There's at least one on the market that dissolves entirely. Or that other NSAID - used in Voltaren.

When I was young and fit, like Mitch, my liver was fantastic. It was the size of a hot water bottle and used to keep me in good nick. Over the years it has shrivelled and split and now resembles a wizened horse chestnut.
So you have to take that into account m'lud
