Do you still not realise that regardless of whether you would let her read your phone, you should not have ever read hers? It's an invasion of privacy.

I had an email fromt he wife expressing her view that i was being very blase about finding a contract as mine finishes on friday.

She said that she had wished to discuss living arrangements with me this evening and feels that i am not bending over backwards like a man who wants his family back!?!?!

I ignored it and was going to call her when i left client site to tell her i was coming over.

Lo and behold when i was at the puke machine AKA coffee machine i got and email from her, "are you coming over tonight?"

I answered "yes i am looking forward to seeing you and the girls".

Damn i am nervous now and hope that she understands that i want to try to work this through and be a better husband for her and a better father for the girls.

Thank you guys, gurls and sockpuppets, i feel like i owe you all for listening to me tulip.

Good luck - Stay calm and stress that you are not being blase about finding a contract but need to sort this situation out.

Remember that you will never really understand women but try and get out of her why she feels unloved and reasure her that her and the kids are and you want to make this work for their sake.
