Postpone the wedding until next March. Go heli-skiing.

Anyway, why are you asking us?
It's got nothing to do with you anyway - your best man should be doing all of the organising

If you've not dived with sharks, you don't need to start with great whites. I dived with (lots of) black tipped reef sharks and (a few big) lemon sharks and both scared the willies out of me....And the lord said unto John; "come forth and receive eternal life." But John came fifth and won a toaster.Comment

I was scared the first time I dived with sharks, I soon got over it.Originally posted by b0redom View PostIf you've not dived with sharks, you don't need to start with great whites. Reef sharks are the tabby cats of the shark world.
I've only ever seen a lemon shark once. It swam away before I got a chance to get near it.
Apparently I've been in the same bit of water as a young tiger shark, but I didn't see it. Much to my disgust."See, you think I give a tulip. Wrong. In fact, while you talk, I'm thinking; How can I give less of a tulip? That's why I look interested."Comment

Do something that allows you and your mates to bond.
You dont need strippers and all that stuff.
You need time to contemplate, to affirm who you are and why you are getting married.
Take your gang out quad biking, off roading and paintballing. Have a BBQ, preferably on a beach and on an open fire then sit around the fire reminiscing. Chat about who you are and what made you that way. Spin the cap off a bottle (or two) of your favourite spirit and throw the cap on the fire. You can always set up beach volleyball or cricket or other beach sports for a laugh.
Camp if you can.
Next morning try something like "Go Ape" as a hangover cure.
If you do opt for this suggestion, i am busy that weekend.Comment

I like this suggestion Gunman. My brother is organising my stag do for next year and I must admit, I could be sold on a general theme similar to what you've suggested.Originally posted by The Lone Gunman View PostYou and your girls do what suits you.
I will take the blokes rallying, quad biking, paragliding, kayaking and paintballing.
Half a pig roasting over an open fire, talking tulip till sunrise with abottle of rum on the round is more my deal.
It's a man thing, you wouldn't understand.
Strippers and pub crawls are just so chav.
When your in the mid thirties, you want something more classy than just an outright beerfest I think!!!Comment

Is your hand up to it?Originally posted by Diver View PostPS. Don't forget that as a contractor, you have the right of substitution.
Will forward my Phone No for the wedding Night, just in case you're not up to it

Basically I have a couple of chaps who are up for Prague big time. A couple more who will go at a push. But there are a few who can't make Prague but want a do in LOndon of some sort.
Spoke to the head of f4j this morning (went to his wedding 2 weeks ago) and he has still not had his stag do. Interesting possibility of joint do!Comment
