Not a Scottish Whiskey, but MiddletonVery Rare is exceptional. Possibly just out of your budget though.

I prefer speyside, as they're not so smokey, so I'd go for this.

Son bought me this for my birthday this year. I can highly recommend it although it doesn't match your age requirements.
