why dont the moslems cough up

they were going to spend £100 million on kaka, why dont they redirect it to gaza, it would be a much better use of the money

this country is in its own dire straits (please take note gordon and stop giving away countless millions every time you go abroad) we dont need other societies problems at the moment

What really pisses me off is that people in the UK will try and undermine one of the great positives in this country to try and help a bunch of people they have never met before. A cause they have put as much thought into their decision to support as their choice to only buy Apple products because they are told microsoft are evil and not drink coffee from Starbucks.

The Prada Meinhof generation really piss me off.

One think I noticed during the weekend is that they are trying to boycott all products from Israel, now I can't honestly think of any product I have that is made in Israel let alone know any Brand Product, well Uzi maybe but their products don’t tend to have much market penetration with the UK urban socialists warriors.

I do not see them wanting a boycott of the US's products though although they are really the other cheek on the arse in all of this. Tarquin and Sebastian would never be able to put down their iPhones or not get through Sunday without paramount comedy.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

You lot look at ruins and bodies, and see a chance to score points in a partisan argument. Bastards.

I don't really get this BBC pro-Israel bias thing.

If anything, I feel they are pro anyone who isn't an Israeli - bit I don't have an axe to grind over it.

If there is pro-Israel influence, it's not coming from the board.

Jewish people seem somewhat underrepresented there, I think.

Yes those bank nationalisations were pretty right-wing.

This Gaza appeal should be one of the most successful fundraising events in history, going by the fuss everyone is making about it.

That's assuming that everyone that's making a fuss is contributing at least 50 quid each to the charity. Twenty? Oh. Tenner then, surely? Ah, right... credit crunch, hard hit pockets... got it, yeah. Still, as long as the BBC show the appeal, I'm sure the Palestinians will be fine.
