Perhaps they should learn something about how their own activities can directly influence users of the Internet before they set themselves up as being entitled to "Watch" it on our behalf.
At the moment, they seem to be treating the World Wide Web as something that can be controlled by such means as might be used against a local video store selling under-the-counter stuff.

The IWF now says that given the age and availability of the image, it was no longer on its list of proscribed sites.

The IWF admitted that its attempts to prevent people seeing the image had been counter productive.
