call your bank, by day 2 they usually can see it as being processed in their system..The proud owner of 125 Xeno Geek Points -
The question is was the Icesave file going out yesterday stopped !? Hopefully they were too busy tuliping their pants on Monday evening to get round to it.Originally posted by chef View PostBACS operates on a three-day cycle:
File transmission by user (day 1)
file processing by BACS (day 2)
fund transfer (day 3)
Can BACS stop any single payments or files?
The BACS system only allows the reversion of whole files - not individual items. In all cases you must contact your Sponsoring Bank who will advise you of the best course of action. A file can only be stopped up to and including Day 1 (Input Day) of the BACS processing cycle, usually the day on which the file is transmitted.

Fingers crossed for you Bumfluff.
How can it be fair that sensible savers have had to pay for this housing bubble/ free credit giveaway madness? The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment
