No guilt unless such sale adversely affected sas like him going bankrupt.Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostAnd if the price had gone up - what guilt would they feel towards SG?
Do you understand we are not talking about small things here? It's not buying a second hand car that breaks down later and maybe written off, those people who bought on the peak are likely to have screwed lifes for 15-20 years, if they are family they are likely to get divorced, children will be without father or mother, that's the consequence of sasguru's actions. Second car salesmen are the honourable gentlemen compared to that.Comment

You need help. Seriously.Originally posted by AtW View Postsas is responsible on 2 levels - first by being involved in the City and second by his direct action on selling on the top knowing full well prices will fall. Since he sold on the peak is it most likely that some of his buyers will go bankrupt or get stuck with huge negative equity in arse end of hackney for a very long time.
I don't expect him to feel guilty though - one needs to have conscience for that .Hard Brexit now!

In the UK, we operate a capitalist economy. This means that people largely take responsibility for their own actions. Miraculously, this system has produced a far better standard of living that alternatives such as communism.
Please feel free if you need to ask any more questions.ǝןqqıʍComment

Surely it is the labour government who encouraged reckless borrowing who are to blame? Maybe if they encouraged hard work and enterprise(like in the free market) things would have been okay?Originally posted by AtW View PostNo guilt unless such sale adversely affected sas like him going bankrupt.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.Originally posted by AtW View PostSome of those imperfect execs will be polished in jail. Pity that UK white collar criminals will get away from responsibility yet again.
You still think that my prediction of 50% reduction in the City in the next few years is crazy? I am thinking I was rather conservative about it now.
I remember adolescents claiming just that after the ‘crash’ of ’87, the Asian of ’97, LTCM, ....
I've been in this game a long time. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
