      Let the buyer beware?

I do hope you are not going to suggest that SG is in any way responsible or should feel any sort of guilt whatsoever?

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

In atws perfect world you wouldn't be able to spend your salary on what you wanted or sell your property when you wanted.
Hang on - that means he would abolish the concept of property and free will.
Now where have we heard that before?

It doesn't matter. What matters is that his richies are created on misery of other people - I am more sympathetic to those UK folks who used children to mine coal not that recently, at least they helped provide a (bad) living to the children, in case of sarseguru he will be taking away the living from those suckers who bought his houses.

And if the price had gone up - what guilt would they feel towards SG?

Do you believe that property is theft?

sas is responsible on 2 levels - first by being involved in the City and second by his direct action on selling on the top knowing full well prices will fall. Since he sold on the peak is it most likely that some of his buyers will go bankrupt or get stuck with huge negative equity in arse end of hackney for a very long time.

I don't expect him to feel guilty though - one needs to have conscience for that .
