        NB: It is well worth investing in the best running shoes you can afford.
        There's at least one running shop that'll do the whole scanning of feet, etc. and, possibly, supply insoles contoured to your feet and all that sort of thing. Costs loads.

          On the offchance that you are anywheer near Lincoln, check out Lincolnshire Runner.

          The guys there really know their stuff and will sort you out with what you need without charging you an arm and a leg ( pun intended )

          They don't just flog shoes they know what they are talking about as well and will find a shoe that suits your feet and your running style.
