Don't fret people, the last time I was between contracts was the one and almost only sunny spot of the year so far. It started raining as soon as I got back to work.

My boyfriend hasn't been able to dissuade me that it was a coincidence so as I have a week off now I expect (or demand, godammit!) fine skies.

I'm going on the Douglas Adams' theory of the sun god (reverse of the rain god like the truck driver) and I'd appreciate it if you could write to my boyfriend and tell him I should relax at home whilst he supports the household to ensure sunnier climes.
