Sunny yesterday.
But humid, humid, humid.
Close too.
But it did pour buckets during the night.
And now we're back to grey.
But pleasantly cool.Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.Comment

What a terrible week.
- Wife's car has developed a fault.
- Boiler has broken
- My car won't start at all.
- Got 6 points so insurance company has told me to go elsewhere.
- Renovation to house cost 50% more than expected (wife kept adding on bits) so am completely broke.
no holiday

Wet in the morning and early aft. Just my luck boiler is out in the office and no heat.
Have tried four gas men and non have even bothered to call back.
Finally warmed up in afternoon.
Ruddy cellars leaking. and how a high-heel shoe got down there I've no idea.
Client was supposed to come over to discuss more work. He bailed and now nothing until next week.
Only 5 hours work this week.

Rains, rain, rain.
More rain.
A job as a life guard would probably be drier.
Weekend. Wet and grey.

Spent 3 hours cleaning the brick dust off the kitchen.
Note to self: it's a good idea to make sure the dust can't go everywhere when drilling a 117mm hole in brick.Last edited by zeitghost; 26 August 2016, 11:34.Comment
