Well since crime isn't going up but more people from ethnic communities are doing crime (assuming for the sake of argument that that's true) it means the indigenous white criminal is carp at it and may go extinct, like the red squirrel. What is the solution for squirrels?

Interestingly African children do much better at schoold than those from Caribbean backgrounds.
I reckon biggest factor is absentee fathers - and gangs fill the void.

Yes, but what those statistics show is literacy as a whole, they're lumping in the poor kids out in the village who don't get any schooling. I was comparing children going through the state schooling system in India and London; unfortunately I don't have any figures to make a comparison.

I would like to see crime statistics broken down into what kind of body's commit crimes. For example the female body shape doesn't commit much violent crime, I suspect that is done more by short squat male shapes, shop lifting by small thin shapes and white collar crime done by all shapes wearing white collars, etc. Murder might be attributed to head shape, e.g. close-together staring eyes and generally 'suspicious can't can't pin it down' looking shapes.

A short thin guy would be rubbish at violent crime surely?

I think part of the problem is trying to find statistics about this. Using the census data from 2001, only 7.9% of the population was classed as being from an ethnic minority (4.6m) Given that their numbers are small in terms of the overall population they seem to punch well above their weight. On a quick search I couldn't find out what the stats were for ethnic background and commited crimes.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

                      I preferred version 1!
