I've just started going back to the (client) gym after just going for runs for the last 6 months while I was on the bench. I'm now throughly bored of the gym, running outside is much better even if the squirels have to die.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

            It was sad though....

Running outside was good this morning - I would never have done it on my own... so I am glad I see her once a week

It's the avatar isn't it. You love that squirrelly goodness, a bit of fluff on the side, so to speak.

Know what you mean - you feel a lot less self-concious running with someone. Good to set each others' pace too.

It's OK to run on your own, the worst thing is having to say fook off to the occasional chav or some sad ****** shouting out of a car (can be fun when you catch them up at the traffic lights)
