I've just started going back to the (client) gym after just going for runs for the last 6 months while I was on the bench. I'm now throughly bored of the gym, running outside is much better even if the squirels have to die.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

PTs will tailor your workout to your needs, and ensure you progress safely and efficiently.
Does wonders for the imagination too!!!
