Trauma

EO - for many people, that's the whole idea. Similar to paying for gym membership in that you don't want to waste your cash by not turning up. Except the PT can hassle/motivate you to get your arse out of bed on a Saturday morning and stick to your regimen.
PTs will tailor your workout to your needs, and ensure you progress safely and efficiently.

 thanks sweetie - I love how my response is **** off and your's is actually what I want to say but can't quite get out :laugh

I've just started going back to the (client) gym after just going for runs for the last 6 months while I was on the bench. I'm now throughly bored of the gym, running outside is much better even if the squirels have to die.

It was sad though.... :frown

Running outside was good this morning - I would never have done it on my own... so I am glad I see her once a week :o

It's OK to run on your own, the worst thing is having to say fook off to the occasional chav or some sad ****** shouting out of a car (can be fun when you catch them up at the traffic lights)
