Same thing I saw at London Bridge last month. Squirrel got spooked, ran through people on street and up one woman's leg scratching her badly then ran out into road and got splatted - lay there having fits until car number 2 got it.

Of course its my business, I am entitled to an opinion aren't I ?
I cant imagine anyone except a top athlete needing a blooming trainer, and anyone who does have one is an anus. But thats just my opinion.

EO - for many people, that's the whole idea. Similar to paying for gym membership in that you don't want to waste your cash by not turning up. Except the PT can hassle/motivate you to get your arse out of bed on a Saturday morning and stick to your regimen.
