Pity the ban was temporary, although every village needs an idiot. Can't you use your right of substitution?

Yeah, exactly - why the bloke was looking so miserable I have no idea. It must have been because he was ginger.

        Other.

I wanted to vote for this one "The continent – Sun, good food and I like the idea of an expat community" but omit the bit about the expat community.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Agree there. Only tend to bother with embassy does, everything else is a bit - union jack shorts - if you know what I mean.

How about constructing a sentence properly before you go slagging off someone else's spelling?

Christchurch is one of the most boring places I've ever been to
It has a few goth clubs and an RPG Games shop.

That's good enough for me and all I am ever likely to need.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Currently learning Portuguese with a move to Brazil in mind. Great climate, petrol about 30p a litre, 2 bed house currently considering 15K as investment initially, and the most gorgeous women in the world.
