I know its the "in" thing on this site to assume everything is the woman's fault, but to give a bit of balance to the one eyed views we have on this site from the FFJ fanatics:

worsened by the husband's "failure to make candid disclosure of his financial circumstances".

There is only 1 FFJ fanatic here.

The issue here is not money - but that he loses contact with the kids.

Why are finances and access mixed? Under the law they should never ever ever be mixed. Typical courts screwing things up.

Same with fault. fault should have NOTHING to do with settlement by law. Then there was a high value divorce recently - guy got a shoeing bacause he found another woman.

Unfortunately not all women are good catholic girls who were brought up with proper set of morales and a good work ethic!!!

(I'm sure somebody is going to flame me for that.... )

Asians generally have the same ethic - but there are alot of divorces affecting Asian men. I bet there are alot of catholic girls who have (mis)used the system too.

Not the experience of a mate of mine recently, where the judge chastised the "opposition" for misrepresentation. He still got shafted, but less so than his ex had hoped for.

peoplesoft made no comment on you, his partner or women in general. he made a comment on the system. if his partner wants to get married she should be fighting for equality. joining f4j would be a good start.

You never really know someone until you have divorced them.

My ex wanted all my assets and income. She got close.
