When I graduated from uni, all I wanted to do was work as a games programmer. At the time there were a lot of stories about the games industry being in a big hole... lead programmers applying for entry-level positions etc. Despite that, I graduated in the north-east (perhaps the region amongst the worst for finding work) with two companies competing to hire me, despite never having worked in the industry before.
I imagine for those with real skills the work will always be there?Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
