The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.” -

I have a bad back - and a memory mattress certainly helped. I wanted firm, gf soft, so we settled on medium.
What is wrong with your back? It will mke a difference to the type of mattress you need...Comment

L3/L4 knackered - arthritic, so not getting any better. Referred pain in legs, currently got a flare up along the lines of sciatica. Normally get by with Voltatol but made the mistake of having 2 codeines the other day, to be zonked out all day. Discomfort is one thing, but I could not move at all on Saturday - not even to shower! Well enough to drive into work at least, so could be worse!
As soon as I am permie I am taking a couple of sick days for the cortisone jab.Comment

My back is really bad at present, so thinking about it.....
Just wondering if it is a wise move, or not!
I got a cheapo £50 overlay from Rosebys yesterday - it's brill. If it collapses after a month I'll be able to persuade Mr C to go up market...Last edited by cojak; 17 March 2008, 21:39."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Hmm, I seem to remember someone saying that because the foam moulds itself round your body it's prone to feeling too warm for comfort.Comment
