But what's useful is left after inflated property bubble? It's not like they are building undersea elite houses, it's the same houses, just a lot less expensive - nothing new was created, if anything money wasted on unlocking "value" of the house by getting new kitchens etc.

Point 1: if you did not heed the warnings you'd get in jail. Fair play here - you'd be warned and you'd refuse to heed the warning. You'd have to deal with the consequences of your behavior.

I don't think it's the case anyway - perhaps 2-3% qualify as yobs, get the ring leaders into jail and explain in clear terms that the rest of the gang will follow if they don't stop annoying people.

I believe that is is good for a teenager to rebel and push boundries. I believe that that is how you develop a culture that leads to some of the great inventions this country has given to the world.

I rejected one local school for my kids because they used CCTV to monitor every corner of the grounds. That's not freedom, and it's not how kids should be treated.
