Point 1 would catch any of us in our formative years drinking bloody awful cider or homebrew round the back of the cricket pavilion while smoking a joint.
Point 2 would double our numbers in prison, and how do you propose we finance that?Comment

I have to confess to drinking alcohol (Strongbow) when I was 14 - and have continued to do so ever since.
Probably I have annoyed a few 'good citizens' along the way, but only because of my lack of dress sense.
You seem to be an utter Nazi AtW. I think it would be in the interests of the 'public' if you were deported back to whence you came.

Point 2: fine by me. I'd pay more taxes for that scum to be put in jail for the rest of their lives. If necessary I'd pull out of Human Rights Act and make prisons like hell - it's not vacation ground.Comment

11. Build big gas company and put president of this company in government but with no effective power. Give infinite power to only one person. Make statues/pictures of this person everywhere.I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.Comment
