Chico was better - he followed his (albeit warped by religion) logic.

Well my curiosity was aroused, so I googled some facts about Tibet pre the Chinese occupation (1951).
Life expectancy was thirty-six years
95 percent of Tibetans were illiterate.
95 percent of the population was hereditary serfs and slaves owned by monasteries and nobles.
But of course simple-minded westerners are seduced by Tibetan "spirituality". I would wager none of them would have liked to live in Tibet as a Tibetan pre-1951Hard Brexit now!

I don't know, I imagine some people do.
It's called democracy, which allows for freedom of speech. Maybe not a familiar concept to you.
Sign it or don't sign it I really don't care what you do.
Everytime I run over a squirrel I think of you.
Some people are like slinkys, totally pointless but the thought of pushing them down a flight of stairs never fails to put a smile on your face.Comment

Apparently it does not come into conflict with her desire to "free" poor Tibetian people to prevent them losing their culture, whatever that is...Originally posted by shelby68 View PostWhat, you seriously kill living creatures just because someone pissed you off on a bulletin board?Comment
