Sorry Alexi, I think that Tibetan culture is infinitely more worthwhile than anything that has come out of russia.
It's very possible - though some of the Russian literature is really good.

As for Wales, then why not support them? Clearly they are struggling under the English rule, they are not even a country like Scotland, surely you should support their drive to be at least classed as a country like Scotland? Of course this would mean you will actually have to do some real work supporting them as it would be too close to home to claim you support them, yet do nothing about it just like you are acting right now in "support" for Tibet.

Tibet is part of China, get over with it and be grateful if the Chinese have chosen to forget about British occupation which involved stuff like opium.

You did not previously mention economics or whether it was short or long term success.

Not possible to just argue the argument is it sas, you have to make it about pointless jibes.

No, I don't need to - for example British empire did a lot of horrible things, including slavery, concentration camps and opium tulip in China, should I be judging this country by its past or should I maybe take current attitudes into account?

Israel changed to the better in the last few years, Palestinians changed to the worse - this tipped the balance.

It's just like Nazi Germany vs USSR. I hate USSR, but it does not mean I would have liked Nazi Germany to invade it and create concentration camps there - if I was in USSR at the time I'd certainly fight against Nazi invasion, but when it would have been finished (provided I am alive), I'd fight against USSR - this does not make me chameleon.

Compared to what Tibet has, not worth a penny.

Ok, list here what exactly Tibet has. And let's compare this with the Chinese achivements.
