I think its most likely to do with the way she is sitting at her desk, but not sure.
It is definitely to do with the way you sit at a desk or even stand for long periods. My fiancee has had sciatica on occasions over the last couple of years and I massage his back and bum for him to ease it.

Have you tried a TENS unit on the pain, it's supposed to work wonders.
    It's Deja-vu all over again!

It is an over blown tradition that has been pushed out of all proportion by card choc and flower sellers.
Traditionaly it is a day for SECRET admirers to leave tokens for the one they are attracted too.
It is not for couples to send tokens of their love (soppy bulldust).

I told the wife that I had declared my undying love for herwhen wegot wed and that I will not do VDay.
I also gave her the option of romantic stuff 3 times a year (V, X and B days) or she could let me be romantic and sponatanious on any day I pleae. How can I love her more 1 day a year?

Commercialism at its worst. Bah humbug to boot.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

I agree with everything that TLG & SP have said on this subject, but would add that a certain amount of pragmatism is needed.

If your main squeeze is expecting a card/gift then a couple of quid spent in the Tesco garage is going to save you an awful lot of grief. Even if it does rankle against your SVD sensibilities.

What kind of man whore do you think I am? I don't have one squeeze let alone multiple ones.

I must apolagise for thinking that women never take the lead in organising romantic stuff and that we should be all equal about this valentines day tulip. I know now that the 14th of Feb is a mans time to shine and women celebrate us a month later. Women...unless you want to start caring for a lot of cats. You have 5 weeks to get it sorted.

Steak & Blowjob Day - 14th March (work safe)

So here is my plan. I'll still let some suitable lady make the first move on march the 14th then I'll make it upto her 11 months later. Any takers?
Gentle reminder, boys and girls, tomorrow is Steak and a BJ day.
