Ones I've never made any money from in grey.

    Assembly language:
    DEC PDP8/e, DEC PDP11, 6502, 6809, Z80, 80x86, 680x0, ARM
    BASIC:
DEC, Atom, BBC (including version 5 on the Archimedes and an MS-DOS implementation), MS, MS QuickBASIC, STOS, AMOS, Visual BASIC (5 and 6 IIRC), VbScript, possibly one or two I've forgotten
    FORTH:
BBC FORTH, polyFORTH II, my own homebrew ST FORTH, my own homebrew Archimedes FORTH (target compiled using the ST FORTH )
    LISP
    ProLog

    C
    C++

Delphi (i.e Object Pascal with an IDE and a Windows library)
    JavaScript/ECMAScript
    Java
    Python
    Perl
    XSLT

Can't think of any others at the moment, and lunchtime is officially over - if I remember any more I'll add them in later

BTW, have we decided if SQL counts? A declarative language is still a programming language if it's Turing complete... but I'm not certain that standard SQL is Turing complete

Back in my days all I had was my abacus and a parchment with weights & measures. How we laughed playing frogger with those!

How about Sinclair programmable calculator codes? I can't remember if there was a name for that.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Assembly language for a 4-bit machine code; that one can be added to my list

              Assembly language:

              8080 (including programming in binary i.e. switch up =1, switch down=0; up,up,down,down,down,down,up,up = C3H = JMP ),
              Z80, 8085, 8051, 80x86, 680x0, PIC variants, AMD 2901 bit-slice devices (the other PICs)

various variants of BASIC, including vb & vbscript, ZBASIC, HPBASIC.

ATLAS (plus my own variation on a theme of ATLAS)

              ADA
              coral 66
              many variants of C, including pro*c, echelon Neuron c & Labwindows/CVI
              Labview
              HP VEE
              C++
              Delphi
              Fortran IV
              Perl/TCL/TK/BASH/shell scripting
              HTML/XML
              SQL
              PROTEL
EXPECT (plus my own variation on a theme of EXPECT)

COBOL - I have in thirty years written one line of COBOL (and that's enough).

I've forgotten 99% of it by now anyway

                  Lua

I've probably missed off loads. I've left out things like VBA as I consider them to be a subset of VB personally.
