A pity that you will have to pay near 50% of the profit (if there is any) when you sell back.
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

This 3-bed bungalow was reduced to £335,000 in my neck of the woods. The boom is over in leafy Bucks!

Aylesbury, Bucks - you could probably get a three bed semi

Good luck in your new house hunt

You could get a farm, a semi on the beach ( ), or a 4 storey, 6 bedroomed terraced.

You also get some very good Grammar schools.

Yes I think its one of the only two counties in the UK that have grammar schools.

Yes, although if you knew Clive who frequents my local, you could see how it evens itself out.

I thought there were more than two counties with them, but I couldn't tell you how many.

Merton, SW London. At the Mitcham end £350k will get you up to a two bed maisonette (but it will probably be close to a crack den), at the Wimbledon end, very little at all can be had that cheaply (maybe a studio or one bed flat in a nice-ish but not the best road).
