Thanks, LG, you will quite turn my head with talk like that. You seem to be one of the good 'uns too. Plenty of people on here have sampled my wares (client confidentiality prevents me from naming names of course).

There will be no more marmalade until February though when the Seville oranges are in season. I might do some grapefruit or lemon & lime in the near future though. They make a refreshing change.
