It all depends on your own personal tastes.
I was in Havana last year and got to visit the factory where they make them, fantastic experience!
All the major Cuban brands are made in the same factory. The ones considered the best by the Cubans are Cohibas, the ones Fidel smokes (smoked) so they come with all that jazz. Romeo and Juliet are made in the same factory as are Monte Cristo’s.
Also there is the cut to consider, torpedo ends (the exploding variety in any good old cartoon) are the more expensive, but it doesn’t necessarily mean they are a better smoke.
My favourite are Monte Cristos number 5’s but it really does depend on the individual.
Perhaps go to a few Cigar shops and see what takes your fancy.
