Gut feeling though is that you're probably losing weight a bit too fast. Your body needs to adjust to it.

Have a couple more of those cereal bar things during the day to get the balance a bit closer - slow down the weight loss.

I know it feels great but you've plenty of time to go and it will feel better if your body adjusts and it becomes a permanent loss instead of a temporary one.

It's amazing how good it feels when that first bit drops off - I lost 2.5 stone over the past year just by eating less, and my wife has lost a third of her body weight in the past 15 months doing the same and eating properly rather than junk.

But we have just bought a BIG tin of Quality Street since it was on special...

It's not so much what you say but the obnoxious way in which you say it. A bit of p*ss taking is fine, especially if is comes with a bit of humour and some support, but your nasty and holier than thou attitude is completely different.
