Chaps, I have made an awful discovery about my other half last night, we have not been living like a married couple for years, but I stayed for the sake of the kids, now I discovered some awful financial plots undertaken by my other half, obviously in an attempt to destroy me, plus my life is made a complete misery every single day with arguments over money, I have been paying for everything, but still more and more being drained out of me.

I need a good divore solicitor, someone who can act fast to split the assets ASAP, am worried I am going to be taken under by these plots.

Also does anyone know if there is a fast track divorce process?

There is a tax advantage to be had by making sure that assets are distributed in the same year as the separation.

A friend of mine has just gotten divorced from start to finish in 6 months, but dont really know any of the details.

Your other half doesn't have shares in your company does she? if so, close that company down immediately and start a new one up before any mroe sh*t hits the fan.
