I always find the direct approach is best when dealing with untalented handshakes.Originally posted by beaker View PostSo i went to shake hands with this guy and he offers me one finger to shake! it felt disgusting!

Go straight up to him and demand (within earshot of everyone else if possible), just what the hell he's playing at, and demand that he extends all digits for shaking in the future.
He'll soon buck his ideas up. Expect a long and fruitful working relationship to follow.

This thread is so wrong, yet so right
He was not offering his hand for shaking, he was merely pointing to where he was taking you to sit down for a chat. Now that you shook his pointing finger you are the laughing stock of the office.

If only that were the case... he shook a few other peoples' hands before mine. Why did I get the finger? Not sure if anyone else did... don't really want to talk about it!Originally posted by ferret View PostThis thread is so wrong, yet so right
