As for the 'grass' issue. anyone who defrauds the inland revenue is defrauding me, as my taxes will go up to pay for his shortfall.

I would not hesitate to 'grass' on anyone who is knowingly defrauding the IR, weather they had crossed me in the past or not.

Don't forget tax evasion and tax avoidance are 2 different things.
