In the female world, Brigade is still very much associated with firemen...therefore not a pejorative term in the slightest

Human beings need identity, to feel a sense of belonging, and the left fight this because it gives people strength and freedom from the state. There are too many facets of National identity (positive and negative) that the state and the left are threatened by, which is as good a reason as any to switch from Google to Yahoo.
So why this big thing about having immigrants become culturally british. It sounds as if you would hardly change if, say, you moved to Spain. "A sense of belonging" - that sounds like a communist/socialist adjenda. I would say the opposite is true, the left wants a duty to the land, the right is all about selfishness.

I would say that I recognise that the british empire was great for England and the english, but not so good for the natives of the lands they colonised. I just haven't seen too much of english culture whilst here - aside from the yobs and the drunks. It does give one a bad, single sided, impression of the place.

Just how much of their stated aims do you think they will implement? How much of their manifesto is real?
Compare that to the manifesto promises our Tone made and how many they have ignored since gaining power.

So far there have been no arguments against the BNP manifesto, only alarmist propoganda from the anti BNP brigade.
Aside from the daily harrasement of immigrants I expect they will implement none of their manifesto.

Surely "daily harrasement" would be illegal - do you have any links to the court cases?

                    As I said earlier.

Not a single argument based on fact, just some alarmist rhetoric and propoganda from those whose starting position is that the BNP are just a bunch of racist thugs.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Its covered by their "encouragement to leave" policy.
