    hello!

Sod all going on in my neck of the woods.

An Uber driver decided not to stop when I stopped at a pedestrian crossed and dinged the rear wing of yea olde jalopy that had only had extensive rust repairs on it six months previously. Fortunately, they coughed up for the works and my baby motor is back looking lovely again.

Just passed the 1,000 mile mark on the new jalopy. Yes, it's <7 second 0-60, yes, i've done a few tip runs in it. Quite economical, cost about £18 for that distance.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

So the distance achieved travelling from 0 to 60 in 7s is just shy of 94m.
That's about £5.20 a meter. And government still thinks that it costs 45p/mile to run a vehicle.

              Morning Bensey old chap.

Still waiting on getting the engine and a new prop installed on the plane. Life worshipping at the altar of Walldorf continues.

              You good? Still baking?

                haha, no £18 for 1,000miles.

One of my friends has a Ferrari 296 GTS. 0-60 in 2.9 seconds. And 12 seconds from 110-180 mph. I was in the vehicle at the time on the way from Munich to Switzerland.

He says in residential areas he switches to electric. I told him not to when he dropped me off at my home.

That car is absolutely a beautiful piece of machinery.
